Payment and Shipping

Payment is due at the time of purchase and the item will ship within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays). Items that are custom ordered (different stone/material than what is listed) can take up to 14 days to create prior to shipping.

Orders will be shipped using Fed-Ex ground unless otherwise requested during the check out process. If items need to arrive quickly, please message me to process the order sooner and select the quicker shipping time.

Returns & Refunds

Jewelry purchased from this website is hand fabricated, this being said, there will be times when a piece does not land as well as anticipated. If this is the case, returns may be made within 7 days of receipt when the piece is unworn and is in the original condition. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense and will not be included in the refund. The returned package must have all secure packaging pieces that were shipped, the item (undamaged and unworn), and the original invoice shipped with the product to be eligible for return.

All custom orders created specifically for the customer are NOT eligible for return or refund. This includes anything with engraving or a specialty stone.

Please allow 10 business days (after Opal Clay Creations has received the package) for your return to be processed. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact us at occreations@outlook.com.

How can I see this piece in person?

Opal Clay Creations is currently being sold in store as well! If there is a piece that you would like to see in person and is in stock, email me at occreations@outlook.com and I will be able to tell you which fantastic local store has that piece!

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All payments and orders are secured and protected by Wix.com. If there are any concerns, please feel free to email me at occreations@outlook.com.

I will not retain any personal or payment information outside of your password protected account. I do not have access to this account once it is set up and a password is established. This site retains no payment information, nor does it sell information to third parties.

Warranty

All of our pieces are hand fabricated and may incur flaws, however we strive for every piece to be well made and for the stones to be of great quality. If a piece arrives damaged or broken, please email me at occreations@outlook.com with images and proceed to follow the return policy. The item will be inspected upon receipt and the return will be processed or the option to replace the item may be available.
